Dan Seguin has been involved in real estate and construction for over 20 years.Having owned a successful roofing company Dan has tremendous experience in shingle and flat roofing. It also afforded Dan to gain valuable experience in other construction trades such as window replacement, sidding, framing and general home construction.In addition to have owned a roofing company Dan is also involved in Real Estate investment properties. This has given Dan extensive experience in flooring, trim work, HVAC, electrical and painting aspect of renovations and general home maintenance to maximize the longevity of the property. Having a weather proof home is the most important attribute Dan can provide his clients.Throughout the years Dan has obtained his red seal Plumbers and his natural gas pipe fitters licences.
